Kerys is a passionate fitness coach dedicated to helping women of all ages feel strong, confident, and empowered— both mentally and physically. She works with young women who may feel new or unsure in the gym, as well as older women ready to prioritise themselves and achieve their goals but who may not know where to begin.
Kerys believes fitness should feel supportive, not intimidating. Her coaching focuses on building confidence, education, and a positive mindset alongside physical strength, helping clients feel comfortable in their own bodiesand capable in the gym. With a genuine love for training, she creates a safe, encouraging environment where every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered.
By helping clients build a healthy, sustainable relationship with fitness, Kerys ensures training becomes something they enjoy and look forward to — not a chore. Her goal is to guide women through their fitness journey with clarity, confidence, and long-term results, no matter their age, experience, or starting point.
