George Jones

George is a level 3 personal trainer with a passion for improving physique aesthetics and overall health. He specialises in fat loss, increasing muscle mass and conditioning, and is passionate about improving his clients confidence both in and outside the gym environment.

 

George has had an interest in exercise and nutrition all his life. He began his fitness career playing a high standard of football before transitioning into strength and conditioning training, of which he has 10 years experience.
