Mark is REPs level 3 personal trainer who has also graduated university with a BSc in nutrition and exercise science. He is very passionate about helping clients achieve their goal: specialising in nutrition, weight loss and building muscle. Mark has worked in various gyms and has helped many clients meet their individual goals.
Mark’s interests consist of playing rugby, in which he plays at a national league level. He also enjoys playing cricket and golf during the summer. For over 4 years mark has had a strong interest in nutrition and exercise, since then he has developed a strong amount of knowledge in this area.
