Holly was inspired to become a Personal Trainer over 4 years ago as she wanted to combine her love for helping people and fitness into one career and share her passion and knowledge with others along the way. After finishing school she joined her local gym where she found herself just moving through the motions (long hours on the cardio machines) and not actually knowing what else to do. Holly was educated about exercise and nutrition it was then that Holly started seeing serious results, surprisingly by doing less but in a more efficient way. Holly loves the way exercises make her feel and that’s what drove her to become a trainer and she believes that living a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be a chore; it should be something you enjoy and can maintain doing every day. Therefore finding what works for you specifically and making it apart of your everyday life is her goal. Holly is here to help you reach your goal, through tough but fun workouts.
