Gill took a leap of faith a year ago to follow her passion in nutrition and fitness. She leaves behind a 14 year career in clinical diagnostics to set about inspiring ladies to realise their abilities, increase their self-confidence and feel stronger both mentally and physically in the process.

Having been someone who struggled with self-confidence and trying to fit in, Gill is well equipped with experience in overcoming challenges. She has been active all her life with main interests in netball, running & Crossfit. She is now focused on nutrition, strength and mobility work to assist her clients in keeping active and improving body composition to lead healthy happy lives.
