We have over 10 years experience of working with athletes and golfers. We have put together 3 great packages to really help you get the best out of your game. Our 8 week online program is designed to improve strength and core development to improve mobility, strength, power and endurance. This strength increase increases ball speed and distance, whilst improved mobility prevents injury. We run both online and class based 6 week Yoga For Golf courses improves performance beyond golf lessons/instruction. YFG focuses on biomechanics of the body through the swing. it is completely geared towards extending the body’s ability to play, minimising discomforts and risk of injury, whilst improving the body’s mobility, allowing you to play better, longer, with more confidence and increased enjoyment. Our Eagle package is completely bespoke and designed around your needs and your coaches input. We work with you and the feedback of your coach to provide a tailored program which will address any issues which is impacting your game, wether that be injury, posture, focus, fatigue etc.
