HIIT Boxing Bootcamp
Designed for everyone, including beginners, you'll get fighting fit in a friendly fun environment. HIIT Boxing is High intensity intervals of boxing fitness and skills. Designed to quickly lose-weight, increase fitness, improve conditioning, build confidence, de-stress, learn self-defence and develop total body strength over 8 weeks. Classes involve bag-work, boxer-style circuit training and plenty of stomach/ ab work. No previous boxing experience required and suitable whatever your level of fitness. Places are very limited and booking is essential. The 8 week course commences Thursday the 2nd of March 6:30pm. Classes are Tuesday & Thursday 6:30pm and its £100 for the 8 weeks.
