This simple home based ab workout can be done at home with absolutely no equipment. It should only take about 10 mins and can be done every other day.

The routine is composed of 4 Stomach exercises carefully chosen to hit both the upper and lower abs.

1 Minute of the following exercises:

1. Plank Walkouts

2. Lying Leg Raises

3. Leg/Knee Pull In

4. Reach Crunch

Rest for 1 minute and repeat.
