Home Bodyweight Circuit

This simple home bodyweight circuit means  you require no equipment and therefore have one less excuse for not giving it a go.

Aim to complete as many circuits as you can in 20 minutes. Keep track of how many circuits you complete and try to better it next week.

The Workout:

  • 50 squats
  • 40 mountain climbers
  • 30 press ups
  • 20 lunges (10 each leg)
  • 10 burepee’s
